Just today, Akismet has blocked over 500 attempts to add comment spam to this blog. Don’t these spammers have any life?

They’re botnets, which means hackers attack people’s computers, and install software that can allow the hacker to do whatever they want with the PC.

Yeah, I thought they were botnets. I used to get 10 or 20 spam attempts per day, but it’s increasing dramatically now…
Hehe. I hope the ones who created those botnets have lives!
